The unit originally used a bull, drawn in profile, sometimes called the 'rabid cow'. In 1918 this was changed by the new commander to a 'lucky' joker playing card as he was an inveterate card player. Two blue stripes were added to the tail section.

Well thanks. I did strip away a lot of the 'baked on' shadows from the ROF templates as I considered them too dark & I'm not saying anything about FC as I'll just get myself in trouble.
